september

I'm packing my bag again. Looking back at the past 8weeks, I have been kept busy with appointment, readings, renovation, dinners, filling in applications forms, interviews and work. Play hadn't been factored into my busy schedule till today. I have developed an inclination that tilts dangerously in favor of work whenever I try to prioritize my time.

in a few weeks I'll be going back to a life as a sponge.

Motherhood

If not for the refreshing short new haircut, I swore I probably noticed the divine glow radiating from the new mother. She beams every time she mentions her baby boy. She carries numerous photos of her Lucas. She makes cute faces at other couple's babies and even talks to the babies in their own incomprehensible language. The baby reacts to her, reciprocates with a smile and wiggles happily in the safety of his father's arms. Knowing that her baby boy is 3mths old, I ruled out the newly implemented baby bonus and the longer maternity leave as the possible causes of the happiness; leaving me to conclude that Motherhood must be such a blessing. I hope fatherhood would be equally rewarding.

routine

It is so difficult to make blogging a routine in my life. I apologise for spacing out for a whole month, but I do not like to publish my problems out for the whole world to read. Conversations be come so un-naturally sympathetic when people find out what happened. Damn I would hate anyone who talks to me like I'm some lost puppy seeking shelter. Please if i don't tell, don't ask. Well if you want to poke around then you just have to make do and infer from my blog entries. I am going to stop brooding.

I always wonder why do i always have to fight hard to get everything I want. Now when I actually get something, I'm afraid to take it.

morphosis

I felt that I had grown as a person. The change isn't just a morphosis; it's a metamorphosis. Recently, I had lots of monkey wrenches thrown into my life. I caught all of them and thrown them back to where they came from. I could feel the surge in energy in me. I'm motivated, focused and I know what I want. I have a 5year plan for myself and a 20year plan.
